Drive By Truckers Release New Album

The rather great new Drive-By Truckers album 'Go-Go Boots' will be released through Play It Again Sam (PIAS UK) on February 14th 2011. This is the bands eleventh record and was produced by the bands long time collaborator, David Barbe. In conjunction with 'Go-Go Boots', the band will also make their documentary 'The Secret to a Happy Ending' available via link>

The band will release a series of 'Go-Go Boots' episodes directed by Patterson Hood and Jason Thrasher. As a preview to the episodes they've released a video for 'Used To Be a Cop', you can take a peak at the video here.

'Go-Go Boots' follows on from the bands last album 'The Big To-Do' which was a highlight of 2010's releases and was met with widespread critical acclaim. Upon its release it gifted the band their highest UK Chart entry.
