The Vaccines have announced details of the release of their debut album.
“What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?” is released on Monday 21st March 2011 through Columbia Records.
The 11-track album was recorded in a couple of weeks during the autumn of 2010 at RAK & Miloco Hoxton Square Studios, London with Dan Grech.

The band released their debut double A-sided single Wreckin’ Bar (Ra Ra Ra) / Blow It Up through Marshall Teller in November 2010 and release a new single, Post Break Up Sex on January 24th, their debut release for Columbia.
Having recently completed an extensive 2-month tour of the U.K, The Vaccines are confirmed to appear on the NME Awards Tour 2011 which begins in early February and also features Crystal Castles, Magnetic Man and Everything Everything.
As a precursor to the tour the band heads across the Atlantic for a debut North American run of dates, including their first New York headline show at Bowery Ballroom (Jan 20th), upgraded from the Mercury Lounge.
On return to the UK, The Vaccines play a headline show at London’s Kings College on January 29th. Tickets for the show Sold Out within hours of going on-sale late November.
