Diesel To Try And Break World Piggy-Back Record

As part of Diesel’s ‘Be Stupid’ campaign they are planning to recruit over 300 piggy-back riders to run in a piggy-back race and break the official Guinness World Record.

It’s happening this Saturday 6th November in Allen Gardens E1, London (followed by after-show party too) and they need your help!

The first 200 people there will receive a free and very wonderful Kigu Animal Suit (link).

On 6 November 2010 hundreds of competitors will gather in Allen Gardens, London, where they will don their free customised Kigu animal suits, jump on the back of a fellow competitor and compete in one of the UK’s most notable sporting events, the Piggy-Back Race, all in the name of Stupid…

The winner of our ‘£50K to Be Stupid’ on-line competition (where we asked our UK fans to come up with a creative way of spending £50,000, on a stupid idea) Abi Lewis wanted to recreate Noah's Ark, using the measurements depicted within the famous story, and then fill it with animals created from the imaginations of contributing artists… Now that’s Stupid
because if we were to build an ark the same size as Noah’s it would be the size of the Emirates Stadium!?! However, we want to run with her idea and have decided to combine animals going in two by two with breaking the current Piggy-Back race Guinness World Record™.

We need over 300 Piggy-Backers to break the record, so whether you want to find out who’s the fastest on two trotters or support us in breaking a World Record, come and join us!
