Lykke Li (AKA 24 year old Lykke Li Zachrisson) is proud to announce a one off UK show at London’s Heaven on November 4th as part of a short international tour, which will also see her play Berlin, Paris, Stockholm and New York.
Currently in the studio in Stockholm working on the follow up to her critically-acclaimed 2008 debut Youth Novels, Lykke Li will take a break from recording to perform brand new material as well as tracks from her debut including, “I’m Good, I’m Gone”, “Dance, Dance, Dance” and “Little Bit”.
It’s been a few years since she last did a proper club show in UK. Last one was a sold out show at Koko, London, on 28 November 2008. But Lykke Li has been busy touring the world and she also provided one of the lead tracks from the Twilight: New Moon film, “Possibility”.
Lykke Li commented,“To celebrate my survival and the fact that life on stage is easier then in the real world, I've also decided to go back on the road for a short little rendez-vous before I finish my LP. Don't you dare miss it? I'm gonna play you a lot of new songs.”
Tickets for these upcoming show dates are currently on sale. Go to link for ticket information, news on Lykke Li’s upcoming album release as well as to watch a short film directed by Moses Berkson and starring Lykke Li called Solarium.
