Flash Gordon 30th Anniversary Blu-Ray Release

What better way to celebrate both film and music than with news of a classic and cult film that features some classic and cult music from our very own Queen!

Yes! Flash Gordon is on its way to Blu-Ray in august to celebrate 30 years since the films initial release.

Flash (Sam J Jones) is a football hero skyjacked aboard Dr Zarkov’s (Topol, Fiddler on the Roof) spaceship along with the beautiful Dale Arden (Melody Anderson). The threesome is drawn into the influence of the planet Mongo where they encounter Ming the Merciless (Max Von Sydow, Shutter Island, The Exorcist, The Seventh Seal) and together must foil his plot to destroy Earth. Also Timothy Dalton (Licence to Kill, Living Daylights) Richard O’Brien (Rocky Horror Picture Show), Peter Duncan (TV’s Blue Peter!) and Robbie Coltrane (TV’s Cracker).
