The Marina Hollow Announces Debut Album

Dark, alternative London-based band THE MARIANA HOLLOW are set to release their debut album ‘Coma Heart’ via Plastic Head Distribution on 12th July 2010.

The female-fronted five-piece recruited no one other than Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Skunk Anansie, Anthrax) to mix ‘Coma Heart’.

This fiercely original and passionate band combine dynamic twin guitar lines and intricate rhythms with haunting vocal melodies from the mesmerising Rebecca Spinks. The result is ‘Coma Heart’; a progressive, intense and rewarding debut album.

Since their formation in 2008 THE MARIANA HOLLOW have played a number of shows at respected venues such as The Scala, Islington Academy and the Camden Underworld alongside established acts such as Theatre of Tragedy, Project Pitchfork, The Eden House and Marionette.

THE MARIANA HOLLOW are a band of five talented individuals intent on creating music full of purpose and longevity – songs that will draw you in deeper with every listen.
