Former Sterophonics drummer Stuart Cable found dead

The Ex Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable has been found dead at his home in Wales

Reports have suggested that emergency services were called to the address of a 40 year old man at 0500BST this morning (Monday 7th June)

Police said the cause of death had not been established however there were no suspicious circumstances.

They have also confirmed they were “investigating the sudden death of a 40-year-old man at an address in Llwydcoed”

Next of kin have been informed.

Stuart Cable was sacked from the Sterophonics in 2003, although he had announced was on the verge of leaving the band. He then went on to host the rock show on BBC radio Wales on Saturdays, and also enjoyed a stint at midlands based Kerrang Radio.
