Gorillaz to Headline Friday Night at Glastonbury

Damon Albarns animated creation Gorillaz are to Headline the Friday night at this years Glastonbury Festival. This years 40th anniversary of the world famous event was thrown into chaos with U2 having to pull thie slot due to Bono's back operation. But it seems Michael Eavis has got his first choice replacements, stating “This is going to be Gorilllaz' only UK festival appearance, and it'll be a massive audio visual spectacle which will really ignite the Pyramid on the Friday night, with Muse, then Stevie Wonder to follow”
