Funeral For A Friend have announced they are going to perform their debut album 'Casually Dressed And Deep In Conversation' in full, at two UK shows.
Playing to commemorate the upcoming departure of guitarist Darran Smith, the Welsh band have confirmed a date at Cardiff University on July 22, followed by a gig at London's Shepherds Bush Empire on July 23.
“As sad as we are to see Darran leave, these shows will be guaranteed to give him a great sendoff,” the group said in a statement. “We played the album in it's entirety when we toured it back in 2003/4 and never really planned to do that again, but obviously with it being Darran's last shows it seems like a perfect opportunity to play the record for the final time.”
Support on both dates comes in the form of High Wycombe's post-hardcore outfit, Young Guns. Tickets for the shows go on sale this Friday (May 21) at 9am (BST).
