Darwin Deez To Storm UK Festival Circuit

Darwin Deez has certainly stamped his musical mark upon 2010 and, following the completion this week of the NME Radar tour, he will return this summer to make a string of high profile festival appearances, including T In The Park, Wireless, Latitude, Truck, Jersey, Underage, Secret Garden, Greenman, Bestival and a Roundhouse performance for the iTunes Festival with yet more to be announced.

His sparkling charm, penchant for spontaneous dancing and sampling of warped and wondrously random songs from the past and present make for a captivating live show and it is no wonder that he is in high demand come the festival season.

Darwin Deez releases a new single ‘Up In The Clouds’ on July 12th, a highlight from the critically acclaimed self-titled debut album which was released through Lucky Number on April 12th. With such interest in his previous single, the Radio 1, 6 Music and XFM play-listed, ‘Radar Detector’, expect to hear ‘Up In The Clouds’ sound-tracking the summer.

With the likes of the Guardian, NME, Notion and more tipping him, there appears to be no ease up in Darwin Deez’s already whirlwind year. If you haven’t succumbed already, the time is ripe to fall in love with his singular strain of gorgeously offbeat, tenderly humorous love songs.
