Bombay Bicycle Club Take CTRL

NME Award winners Bombay Bicycle Club are set to take up the mantle as Topman Controllers in March as they seize control of link and headline a very special event.

Following in the footsteps of New Young Pony Club, who ruled the roost in February, Bombay Bicycle Club will take charge online, giving an insight into what makes them tick as well as curating and performing at CTRL Live in Oxford on 25th March.

Online, the critically acclaimed band will reveal their inner secrets divulging everything from their favourite artists, their insider knowledge of who to look out for in 2010, their musical heroes, inspirations and even their favourite books, jokes and food – nothing will remain unanswered!

Bombay Bicycle Club will head to Oxford for CTRL Live. Taking place at The Jericho Tavern, Oxford on 25th March the boys themselves will perform and also share the stage with acts they predict big things for – rising star soloist Lucy Rose and Indie-pop five piece Dutch Uncles.

North London based four piece, Bombay Bicycle Club, released their first album ‘I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose’ last year to rave reviews. Following the album’s success and a spell binding performance at 2009’s Glastonbury festival, the band have been showered with praise from fans and critics alike, and are set for even greater success in 2010.
