T4’s inaugural winter music event T4’s Stars of 2009, sponsored by Rimmel London, today announces yet more superstar names for the extravaganza on Sunday 29th November at Earls Court, London.
Sexy girl group The Saturdays will belt out the tracks that have propelled them to success this year. After topping the charts earlier this year with Number One, N-Dubz will be sure to get the crowd singing when they perform some of the most popular songs of 2009.
They will be joined at the event by man-of-the-moment Peter Andre, who will join presenters Steve Jones, Rick Edwards and Miquita Oliver on stage as a special celebrity guest. TV stylist Gok Wan will also be on hand to dish out his unique fashion advice to fans – and presenters – while the cast of The Inbetweeners will also be appearing, promising the usual antics as seen on the show.
More stunning acts will be announced in the coming days and T4 weekends will also be revealing some extra special surprises in the coming weeks as the event draws nearer.
Alongside the top music acts, Elite Models is sending their team of expert model scouts down to the event to search for girls to take part in a live show on the Rimmel London Catwalk, in front of a panel of industry experts. The winner will be fast-tracked into the semi-finals of the Elite Model Look contest – one of the biggest and most widely recognisable modelling competitions in the world!
T4 will also take up residency in Earls Court throughout the day by bringing the T4 studio to the event.
Tickets for the event are on sale now and selling fast. Music fans are advised to snap them up quickly before they miss out. Ticket prices are £34 – £36 and can be bought from Ticketmaster (link 0844 847 1743), See Tickets (link 0870 9039033) and link. For those who aren’t able to get their hands on tickets, the event will be broadcast across Channel 4 and 4Music, with further details to be announced in the coming weeks.
T4 presenter Steve Jones commented: “There’s only a few weeks left now – and I know that this is going to be something that I wouldn’t miss if I was watching! We’ve got some more great names to announce too – but my lips are sealed for now! Just keep watching T4…”
