Will Young Releases Greatest Hits Album

November 16th sees the release of ‘The Hits’, Will Young’s first greatest hits compilation. Containing singles from his four studio albums – ‘From Now On’ (2002), ‘Friday’s Child’ (2003), ‘Keep On’ (2005), and ‘Let It Go’ (2008) the album also features two exclusive bonus tracks, including the new single ‘Hopes & Fears’. ‘The Hits’ will be available in two formats; a standard CD and a deluxe edition twin disc package, being the CD plus a DVD of all the accompanying videos.

Will Young is the original ‘Pop Idol’ and his first solo number 1 ‘Evergreen’ remains the best selling single of this decade. Young is also the most successful new British male solo artist of the 2000’s, selling over 8 million records to date across his four multi Platinum studio albums. He has received an astonishing ten Brit nominations, receiving two awards, and has twice been voted the UK’s favourite artist of all time (in commercial radio polls). Bringing all his classic pop songs together for the very first time, ‘The Hits’ is a celebration of Young’s extraordinary career so far.

After delighting crowds at Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Isle Of Wight and V Festivals this summer, Will Young heads out on an extensive UK winter tour this November and December. Most dates are sold out, check venue for details.
