Haynes Publishing has teamed up with the Daily Mirror to be one of the first to publish the definitive story on the life of Michael Jackson.
As the world devoured every detail of the King of Pop's sudden death Haynes and the Daily Mirror were determined to present THE story of his life.
The result is Jackson Unveiled which will be published in paperback on the week commencing 20th July, priced £7.99.
A team of writers were specially commissioned by the Mirror to research every aspect of the singer's life – from his early Motown days, his troubled childhood, his family, glittering solo career, marriage and children – and scandal. The final pages will be written as Jackson is commemorated at the memorial service in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Haynes' Jeremy Yates-Round said: “We at Haynes will be working around the clock with the Daily Mirror to ensure we produce a quality book that is available and on the shelves in the shortest possible time.”
Eugene Duffy, the Daily Mirror's managing editor, said: “There have been a million words written on Michael Jackson's death but in the space newspapers provide the stories only scratch the surface of his life, Jackson Unveiled tells
it all.”
