Jarvis and Little Boots go blue against climate change

A selection of musicians have joined with Oxfam in an anti-climate change campaign called “blue face”.

They include Jarvis Cocker, Little Boots, The Kooks’ Luke Pritchard, The View and Fatboy Slim.

The campaign is timed to coincide with Glastonbury, and organisers are asking fans to join in and raise awareness by painting themselves blue at festivals this summer.

Video footage of the photoshoot will be shown on the Glastonbury Pyramid Stage between live acts over the weekend.

Little Boots said in a statement: “Doing nothing is not the answer to fighting climate change. Go blue, demand that the Prime Minister takes the lead in protecting the people of this beautiful planet and kiss goodbye to climate change. If everyone does their bit we can save the planet.”
