Klaxons delay the release of their forthcoming album until 2010.
This is the second time the follow up to their last album, 'Myths Of The Near Future' has been put back.
The record has been delayed because the group have not found a producer. James Ford (of Simian Mobile Disco) had been working with the group on pre-production, however, Jamie Reynolds explains that they are now ready to take the next step. “We've now got 28 songs and we’re just about to put it together as a complete record. We’re looking for a producer and if anyone out there makes records, give us a bell,” he told the BBC.
“We’d really like to put out the first great record of the 2010s rather than the last great one of this decade. Now that's become an aspiration and a goal.”
