Pearl Jam Announce European Shows

Pearl Jam announced today a handful of special performances in the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands. Concerts are scheduled to take place August 13th in Rotterdam, August 15th in Berlin, August 17th in Manchester and August 18th in London. The band anticipates a return to Europe for a full-scale tour in the months following the release of their next album, which is tentatively planned for this Autumn.

Public tickets for these shows will go on-sale Friday, May 8th. A special ticket pre-sale for current European members of Pearl Jam's Ten Club begins today, April 27th and ends April 29th. Pearl Jam’s 2009 European dates mark the band's first return to Europe since their sold-out 2007, 13-date headlining tour and festival performances in England, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Holland and Belgium.
