Exlovers To Record With Stephen Street

exlovers will be heading into the studio with legendary producer Stephen Street (The Smiths / Blur / Kaiser Chiefs) to record a 4-track EP to be released later this year. Street approached the band after seeing them supporting Peter Doherty at Shepherds Bush Empire, and work on the EP will commence at the end of exlovers' tour with Golden Silvers.

The new EP will follow on from recent single Photobooth, released through Young and Lost Club, which was warmly received and made Steve Lamacq's single of the week on BBC 6Music. The band's relentless touring schedule has seen them complete recent tours with Emmy The Great, Golden Silvers and Cheeky Cheeky And The Nosebleeds, as well as NME Awards Shows with Peter Doherty.
