The UK’s favourite dance festival Creamfields responds to the recession by reducing their ticket price.
The legendary northern fest is responding to the current financial climate and have put together a credit crunching limited ticket offer. Joining forces with clubbing bible Mixmag, the first 5000 tickets on sale will be sold at a reasonable £100 for all camping and weekend tickets, coming in £20 cheaper than any of its competitors. And it doesn’t stop there, day tickets have been frozen at 08 prices and hospitality tickets have dropped as much as £25.
Whilst the country is gripped in a recession, Creamfields are offering their loyal and longstanding fans the chance to grab themselves a cheaper ticket. With some other festivals having increased their ticket price this year, this is a bold and welcome move from market leaders Creamfields.
Creamfields CEO James Barton says: “We’re in the midst of a recession with most people having to tighten their belts, so we’ve made the first 5000 tickets as cheap as we possibly can. I hope this goes a little way to easing the cash burden for the people who have been there for us through thick and thin. On a first come first serve basis, it will be our most dedicated fans who will benefit.
Tickets will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 3rd April, however, all Mixmag readers can get first bite of the cherry from 9am Monday 30th March, when festival goers can pre-order tickets 5 days before anyone else! Simply go to link now to take advantage of this exclusive offer.
