As expected, promoters of the upcoming Michael Jackson O2 residency announced a whole stack of extra performances due to the huge number of people registering for tickets (enough to cause the ticket registration website to wobble a few times).
Forty more dates have been added to the original ten gigs announced, meaning Jacko will play a record breaking fifty nights at London's big dome. It seems anyone who doubted Jacko's ability to shift tickets was wrong. The widely known plan is to run the Jacko O2 shows for as long a ticket sales demand, leaving the possibilty of more dates being added.
