According to reports, a new film is to be made about the life of AC/DC singer Bon Scott, who died back in 1980. Film maker Eddie Martin spoke about the as yet untitled project to Australian website Undercover, explaining that it's still early days. “We are in the writing process”, he's quoted as saying. “We've been meeting with Gaby, Mary, [Scott's former wife] Irene and The Valentines crew, people like Vince Lovegrove, Bon's early friends”.
No actors appear to be in the running for the role of Scott as yet, although it's understood that Australian actor Tom Budge would be the favoured choice to play Scott's bandmate Angus Young.
