Spector Didn't Hold Ramones Hostage

Ramones drummer Marky Ramone has denied rumours that Phil Spector once held the band at gunpoint while producing their 1980 album, 'End Of The Century'. Talking to the NME, Ramone said: “There were no guns pointed at anybody. They were there but he had a license to carry. He never held us hostage. We could have left at any time. We had the keys”.
