Morrissey album release date revealed

Morrissey's album release date has been revealed. The new material is set to hit the shops on February 23rd.

Entitled 'Years Of Refusal', Morrissey has said his new LP would certainly draw from his experiences on the road but would still remain a personal piece of work.

“You are bound to pick up influences,” said Morrissey, whose lyrics are famed for incorporating social and political commentary.

“But when you create and write it's very important to be yourself and that's what I've always tried to do.”

Details of the first single to be taken from the album have also been revealed.

'I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris' has no official release date yet but is set to precede the album.
