The full Glastonbury line-up has been officially announced The Who, The Killers and Arctic Monkeys confirmed a long time ago now and are STILL set to headline the main Pyramid stage at the three day event!
Other acts confirmed to appear include The Fratellis, Bloc Party, Amy Winehouse, Kasabian, The Gossip, The Kooks, Chemical Brothers, Lily Allen and Paul Weller.
Michael Eavis says this: “The line-up this year is so good we've even surpassed ourselves. From the snazziest new bands to the old boys' specials, you've not seen anything like this before – anywhere”.
The festival takes place from 22-24 Jun, this year with a previously reported enlarged capacity of 177,500. According to the Glastonbury website, a small number of returned tickets will go on sale on Sunday via the See Tickets website.

This year marks a change in ticket sales for the famous festival. Ticket hopefuls had to register by sending a registration form along with a photo for the chance of buying tickets. In March around 400,000 people registered. The registration process has been hailed a success as it has hampered attempts by ticket touts to buy tickets and then hold music lovers to ransom.
Free Toilet Roll:
Another factor which will differentiate this year’s festival from those of previous years will be the attempt to make the festival greener and spread the ‘green’ word. Glastonbury festival organiser, Michael Eavis, said that it will be giving each attendee one recycled toilet roll each, as well as information on going ‘green’.
Other attempts have been made to ensure that the festival is as environmentally friendly as possible, such as carbon neutral showers.
