The Feeling will release their fifth single “Rosé” on 12th February ’07. Taken from their double platinum debut album “Twelve Stops And Home”, “Rosé” is written and performed by The Feeling. The Feeling’s previous four singles “Sewn” (March ‘06), “Fill My Little World” (June ‘06) “Never Be Lonely” (August ‘06) and “Love It When You Call” (November ‘06) have all been huge hits. The cumulative airplay enjoyed by the band’s four singles meant that The Feeling were the No 1 most played band in the UK in 2006. .
“Rosé” will be available on CD and 7” vinyl formats. The CD will feature singer Dan Gillespie Sells’ original demo version of the band’s debut single “Sewn” as well as The Feeling’s unique take on the 80s Buggles classic “Video Killed The Radio Star” and, by public demand, “Fill My Little Fanfare” the stunning a cappella fanfare that has been the band’s intro music on tour. The 7” will feature “Rosé” and Dan’s “Sewn” demo.
The Feeling are a five-piece English band from Sussex and London. This guitar based “soft rock” band categorise their music as “pop” and their middle-of-the-road sound has been compared to a range of acts including Supertramp, 10cc, Electric Light Orchestra, Andrew Gold and Elton John.
