Damien Rice in an Arena near you

Damien Rice has announced details of his first arena tour. The October jaunt will be the singer-songwriter’s first full UK tour for three years, although he is due to play a brief four-gig tour in March. The nine-date tour will be used to promote the Irishman’s second album, handily titled “9”, which was released at the end of last year. Tickets go on sale 9am this Friday (26), but if you’re a die-hard Rice fan and you nip on his official website on Thurs 25 then you can bag yourself some advanced tickets. Tickets cost £23.50 – £25.
