The View play New York debut

The View have opened 2007 by performing their first ever US shows at New York's Mercury Lounge on 2nd and 3rd January.

The Dundee quartet played to sold out crowds on both nights, the second night attracting the attention of Franz Ferdinand frontman Alex Kapranos.
