Bloc Party are to release their new single 'The Prayer' on 29 Jan. It's the first single release to be taken from the band's upcoming second album, 'A Weekend In The City' which will be out on 5 Feb on Wichita.
The single will be available on three formats. The CD will be backed by a second track 'We Were Lovers', plus a remix of the a-side. It will also be released on two 7″s, the first backed by 'England', the second by 'Version 2'.
