Orange County quartet, Thrice, will be making waves this winter with in-store appearances at Fopp Southampton and Fopp Camden. On the 28th January they'll be playing an acoustic set at the Fopp store at the arland's Centre, Southampton, at 2:30pm, before following it up with an appearance at 3:15pm at Fopp Camden on Saturday the 4th February.
Thrice will now be part of the institution that is Fopp in-stores – Franz
Ferdinand, Starsailor, Magic Numbers and the holders of last year's Christmas Number One slot – Nizlopi, have all played at Fopp stores in recent years.
Fopp stores are known for a platform for up and coming bands to play to fans across its stores UK wide. There are now 24 Fopp outlets in the UK, with the last few months seeing three new stores open in London, along with further Fopp's springing up in Bath, Brighton, East Kilbride and Southampton.
