Chibuku and Polished T will be hosting a charity event on Tuesday 6th December at the Polished T Gallery, Parr Street, in aid of Lake of Stars Children’s Charity.
The event will take place from 6pm-10pm as part of an exhibition with free crazy golf and DJ’s from Chibuku, Sick Trumpet, Chibuku and Soulfelt including Phat Phil Cooper, Phil Charnock and Tane, entry is £3 with all proceeds going to the charity.
The crazy golf course has been installed in the Polished T gallery as part of the “Rocketships & Windmills” exhibition. Its the first ever indoor crazy golf exhibition introduced by the purveyors of all things unorthodox Polished T, based in their newly launched gallery space on Parr Street.
'Rocketships & Windmills' is a visual documentary of a simple passion for crazy golf stirred after a hung-over trip to Southport. A professional photographer for nearly two decades Mark has covered people and events from all over the World. He has been commissioned by some of the biggest organisations, newspapers and magazines, including NME, Mix Mag, The Observer and The Guardian as well as photographing fashion for national brands including Schuh, Tula and JD Sports. His huge portfolio includes portraits of Vivienne Westwood, Bjork, Ian McCulloch and Ladytron.
The book “Rocketships & Windmills” is published by Peppered Sprout and will be available nationally.
