Band Biogs
28 Costumes – Liverpool 4 piece 28 costumes list their influences as Pavement, The Wedding Present, The Pixies, The Clash, The Frames, Fugazi and Depeche mode. Which explains the angsty punk-rock quality to their music. In The City highlighted the bands songwriting and performing strengths. A forthcoming single release on Liverpool's Spank records looks set to make 28 Costumes much more well known.

Four Planes in Four Days – One of the highlights of the High Voltage summer tour, and gaining obscene amounts of press in Leeds. Four Planes write highly emotive post-rock lullabies. The musician ship is high on record and super high live.Their eponymous EP received a rave review on highvoltage.org.uk as well as leedsmusicscene.co.uk, and another EP is in the pipeline. A great band, and one certainly not to miss.

Tricky Nixon – Despite the name change from Super 8's, their high octane indie-punk aesthetic will obviously remain. Recent live shows in Manchester have strengthened the band as a true emerging force on the local scene.
