Ganglians – Candy Girl

Anti-folk and pop are introduced to each other and the meeting is a little edgy at first, but the rustically meaningful Sacramento numerically varying, Ganglians soon ensure that the two start getting on famously.

For latest single ‘Candy Girl’, the melody takes on an eerie feel. That is before the ruggedly strolling, laboured vocals, jangling guitars and percussion leads a battle cry for doing what you want to do and how you want to do it.

Hints of Misty’s Big Adventure pepper the vocal approach. Ganglians also impart on sonic twist to make their approach fresh and a little charming.
