Stanley Odd – The Numbness

There’s something jarring and strangely pleasing about hearing a scotsman rap, accent ‘n’ all. ‘The numbness’ boast Scottish MCing par excellence, courtesy of frontman Solareye, whose witty lyricism and tight delivery are infectious, and accompanied by a sweet female vocal hook that sticks to the musical pallet like peanut butter, make for an entertaining few minutes.

A multinational indie hip-hop collective hailing from all over Europe , Stanley Odd put their own quirky mark on the genre and this track proves they’re doing something right, expect to see more of them in the coming months.
