Not wasting any time, Madness have released this updated best of collection mere months after their last album.

May 2009 saw Madness release their first studio album in a while, and now they are back to remind us of the past that was hardly something that anyone was going to forget in a hurry. Be this to cash in on the recent success is anyone’s guess. But the material speaks for itself.

They don’t skimp on the quality or content either. 23 tracks, and it’s almost shocking how many of these songs have been hits and how many are instantly recognisable. To review the likes of One Step Beyond; Our House; Michael Caine; Wings of a Dove; House of Fun etc is a bit pointless as these are songs that been in ears for many years. Rest assured that as Madness have their own special sound that the music has aged well through time and are still as easy on the memory.
