London electro collective Filthy Dukes are clearly hoping that their recent jaunt up and down the country would garner enough interest for a re-release of this track. Featuring Late Of The Pier’s Samuel Dust on vocals, the song kicks in with a slow burning beat which is backed by the Dukes layered melodies. The Brian Ferry on Acid vocals of Dust are the perfect complement to the burning analogue synth’s. This Rhythm is catchy enough, but one can’t help feeling this lot’s best work is yet to come.
On remix duties we have the indispensible Fred Falke, Toddla T’s ghetto bass re-work and Emporer Machine’s epic ten minute acid tinged remix. Although none quite match the Dukes own ‘Kill Em All’ Remix, adding just the amount of extra weight needed to make this track even more dance floor friendly.
