Giant Jr vs Eartha Kit – I Want To Be Evil

Eartha Kitt – gawd blimey she must be over 80 by now, as if she’s been around for ever. Well she is showing she has still got plenty of oomph in the music biz. ‘I want to be evil’ could definitely pass as a Bond theme with it’s big bombastic beginning albeit it starts off with a sample that wouldn’t be out of place on ‘watership down’. It has a spooky and somewhat eerie feeling to it although the electronic sound and brass gives it a real contemporary electronic breakbeat feel. Slick, smooth, sexy and probably right up Roger Moore’s alley – ahem!
