Brasil – What You Need

The production on this single isn’t great, I had to turn my speakers right up to hear the vocals properly. Its very Oasis in style, but the vocals aren’t as strong. As a single its quite catchy and easy to listen to. I like the way that the drums and bass change the amount they play in each verse making each one slightly different. The middle 8th section could be more interesting in terms of melody, but the guitar solo after is good and varied.

Could do more with this song in terms of melody, but its perfectly fine if you like the sound of Britpop Oasis and Blur.
