Figure 5 – Rock of Gibraltar

Sounding like a Coral/Pink Floyd/Kaisers amalgamation, Figure 5 and their ‘Rock of Gibraltar’ unapologetically blister their way through existence, leaving a starkly silent tailwind behind them.

The chorus herein has got ‘summer festival favourite’ all over it, so, like this tragically all too short single, it should see some nicely extended, drawn out action up in front of the magical moshpit mayhem, right boys?

Spewing kickass pizzazz (no, that’s not a band name) in short bursts is all very well, but the ol’ fashioned sonic hound dog in me is left aching for some anthem worthy tracks like the one hinted at here, something to sink my teeth into, you know?!
