PETER GABRIEL LENDS HIS SUPPORT TO ‘DEAR JOHN’ LENNON VIDEO

Peter Gabriel is the latest artist to contribute to the ‘Dear John’ video released next week to mark John Lennon’s birthday on October 9th.

Peter Gabriel joins other artists including Geddy Lee (Rush), Donovan, PP Arnold, Steve Hogarth (Marillion), Lawrence Gowan (Styx), Paul Young, Marc Almond, Fish, Maxi Jazz (Faithless), John Otway and the West End cast of Thriller to pay tribute. The video also features fans from across the world, all inspired by John Lennon’s message of peace.

The brainchild of Sepp Osley, lead singer with rock band Blurred Vision and writer of the track ‘Dear John’, the video coincides with a free live concert.

On October 9th at the Hard Rock Hotel, London, Steve Hogarth and Nick Van Eede (Cutting Crew) head up a varied line-up to celebrate the late great Beatles’ legacy.

Both the song and the show will benefit War Child UK and donations are encouraged now and on the night to raise funds for the charity.

Full details on the video, donating, and securing your free tickets to attend the concert can be found on Blurred Vision’s official website: blurredvisionmusic.com.
